I had an amazing work out today and as I prepared to leave the gym, I got a notification from a big group of crossfitters at www.burpeessuck.com
They said my transformation video inspired them and then they shared it with their members.
I felt like a million dollars and when I finished my business for the day I went back for four miles of cardio.
That one small sentence of kindness might make a world of difference to someone.
